ALFRED, Maine (AP) — A Maine judge wants to resume jury selection Wednesday in the stalled trial of an insurance agent accused of helping a Zumba instructor use her dance studio as front for prostitution in Kennebunk.

Justice Nancy Mills said potential jurors will be asked to return in the trial of Mark Strong Sr. after she declined to remove herself from the case Tuesday.

Mills addressed concerns from prosecutors of the potential appearance of a conflict because her sister-in-law, Janet Mills, is Maine's attorney general. Also, she learned that her husband's law firm once represented an investigator who's expected to testify in Strong's trial.

Mills said she could move forward with "complete impartiality."

Strong pleaded not guilty to 13 counts dealing with promotion of prostitution.

Instructor Alexis Wright will be tried later.
