| MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Mexico's presidential front-runner, Enrique Pena Nieto of the opposition Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) has slightly widened his lead over the ruling party candidate, a survey showed on Tuesday. The latest opinion poll by pollster Consulta Mitofsky on the presidential elections showed Pena Nieto extending his big advantage with 40.1 percent support, down 0.1 percentage points from the Mitofsky survey published on April 17. He was followed by Josefina Vazquez Mota, from the ruling National Action Party (PAN), with 21.5 percent, whose support dipped 1.1 percentage points from that previous poll. Leftist Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, who was narrowly defeated by President Felipe Calderon in the 2006 elections, remained in third place on 17.8 percent.
